Primaflow Returns Process June 2023


Goods damaged on delivery:

Goods should be inspected on delivery and refused if deemed to be damaged, they should be returned with the driver and confirmed on the Epod device.

Incorrect items or quantity:

Goods should be inspected on delivery, any incorrect items must be returned with the driver and shortages clearly confirmed by the drivers on the Epod device.

Where inspection of goods is not possible at the time of delivery, any subsequent shortages or incorrect items discovered should be notified within 2 working days.

All goods returned must be in a resalable condition. Please note that items in opened packaging will invalidate your request for return. Goods will be checked upon receipt and we reserve the right to refuse credit to any item we consider unsuitable for resale.

Saleable stock no longer required:

If  you would like to return saleable stock no longer required within 28 days from delivery of that product please fill in a Primaflow Stock Return Uplift Request and return to our after sales team who will review the request.

If we agree to the return a restocking fee of 15 per line will be charged. We will only accept returned products in a resalable condition. Items in opened packaging will invalidate your request for return. 

Goods will be checked upon receipt and we reserve the right to refuse to credit any item we consider unsuitable for resale.

Faulty Items:

In the event of you having goods you deem to be faulty or having missing parts, in the first instance you should contact the manufacturer. If the product needs to be processed through primaflow please complete a Faulty Item Claim Form and return to our after sales team.
